It was done by a workforce of scientists from the National Resource Centre for Value Education in Engineering (NRCVEE) at IIT-D.
The study was performed on 668 adults between April twenty six and June 8 year that is last. The participants were grouped as yoga practitioners, additional religious providers and non practitioners. Yoga providers were broken down into the sub-categories of long-term, mid term and beginners.
